I got up around 5:20, and walked to Hondori Station to take pictures of 7000 series train on Astram Line. The train I boarded was 7000 series train. But, it was impossible to see it again, because there are only two 7000 series train on the line. Around 7:10 on the platform of Fudoin-mae Station, I gave up waiting for the train, and went back to Kenchomae Station.

I boarded train to see an acquaintance and got off at Hatchobori Station. Then, we went back to hotel and ate breakfast.

Today's first destination is NHK Hiroshima, the TV station in Hiroshima Prefecture. We saw a torch used for Tokyo Olympic Torch Relay.

The second destination is Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, which displays damages of Atomic bombing in Hiroshima during World War 2 . Compared with my visit in 2000, displays are focused on real pictures rather than dolls reproducing the situation. These displays are so shocking and gruesome that my wife began to cry and stopped watching. If you take someone who is emotionally handicapped, please pay attention to displays they can watch.

My wife and daughter went to Hiroshima Station directly, while I dropped in at the hotel to pick up our baggages.
