I wonder why UK is the only country that aids flying lab for environmental research. Even if the flying lab is doing the cutting-edge research, it's impossible for it to cover all of the phenomena around the world. So, there should be other flying labs to learn more about atmosphere in higher sky or above the sea.
Otherwise, other countries are concealing similar labs, because of including geographical information related with military secret?
