Indonesia plans to relocate its capital from Jakarta

The problem is that overpumped groundwater is making the city sinking. So, Indonesian government should compare the cost of the capital relocation and that of building water way from remote area.
It seems to be the similar social issue with Japan that more and more people are heading for the capitals.
