Anyway, it's not good to criticize specific ethnic groups themselves.
If her quote "As a white woman, my wage gap is smaller than that of a Latina woman, a Native American woman, and a black woman" is the motivation to drive her into a white supremacist, it's theory may collapse easily by the fact that Asian is the ethnic group that earns more than white. (I don't intend to insult caucasian. Just for denying her discriminative statements)
Rather than ousting specific ethnicity, it would be better to think about optimizing their lives with all the ethnicity.
