Countries or cities lying between developed countries or big cities have a chance to grow as a transportation hub to connect neighboring countries or cities.
Kazakhstan can make use of its position between Europe and East Asia. But, there is no direct flight between Kazakhstan and Kansai International Airport.
So, even if I want to hang out in Kazakhstan when I fly to Europe via there, I have no opportunity to make use of Air Astana.
I wish Air Astana could fly from Osaka to Kazakhstan.
