The cause would be courtesy, embarrassing emotion, or a part of totalism and so on.
In this context, North Korea is a highly socialized country, where truth is strongly concealed. But, visitors including this photographer want to see what people really think about. So, we may psychologically pursuit primitive forms of human beings.
