As long as we stay healthy in terms of diet, we have to allow animal sacrifice to an extent.
The biggest problem is poor drainage system. If there was complete drainage systems, there wouldn't be this horror system.
When I visited India, I caught virus from polluted tap water(I didn't drink tap water directly. I guess what served me contained tap water.)
So, in terms of sanitation, drainage system is mandatory.
