When I saw the article, I thought that the article refers to the list of banned questions that can be harassment against job applicants.
But, the main theme is the gender wage gap.
Though it's common that women should work as well as men do, I'm skeptical about this.
When it comes to marriage, men can think that females without salary are worthwhile marrying. But, can females think men without salary are attractive?
So, males are not equal to females in terms of economics.
