This rail line will be the 1st airport rail link in West Africa. Though I thought that Nigeria would be the 1st one based on the largest population in West Africa, Senegal will actually be the first one.
If the railway were to be connected with French or Spanish high speed rail networks over strait, Paris Dakar rail imitating Paris Dakar Rally will be realized.
