Why does it have to be 1km?
I think that there must be reasons to build tall skyscrapers. For example, the higher TV tower is, the wider area TV radio wave can send to. the higher land prices are, the taller building there will be constructed.
But, the reason why the tallest building is to be built in Jeddah is unclear.
