Kintetsu decided to run direct express connecting Kashikojima(Shima, Mie) and (Sannomiya, Kobe) after the next spring. At first, the railway company aimed at running the train from this spring. But, the difference of fare systems between Hanshin's and Kintetsu's caused the prolonged result. The train is going to run as a charter train randomly. It was revealed in the interview by Sankei Press with the president, Tetsuya Kobayashi.
Both of the companies began mutual through service between Nara and Sannomiya on March, 2009. Direct service between Kashikojima and Sannomiya was thought to be the biggest outcome affected by the mutual direct service, and expected to run from this spring. But, while Kintetsu insisted on setting addition fee for Limited Express trains, Hanshin doesn't set such a system. And it has been an issue. As a result, the plan was not in time for Regular Shrine removal, whose best season is October. After all, Kintetsu got agreement with Hanshin to run Through Express as a charter train. If the train attracts many passengers, fare systems or diagrams will also be designed. extra fee for the through express can be imposed only in Kintetsu section.
