According to this article, Songjiang will be one of the biggest satellite cities of Shanghai.
But, what makes me wonder is that there is no rapid service train on subway or suburban lines in Shanghai city. Especially Shanghai Metro Line 2 should need rapid service trains for passengers moving between Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao Airport.
