Recently, it has been issues among Japanese netizens that some companies force employees to come to the offices even when typhoons are hitting or commuter trains are stopping due to bad weather. While it shows how diligent these companies are, it also exposed how harsh working environment is.
Is there a good way to keep good balance between employees' rights and qualities of service by those companies?
