President Obama's red line is said to be using chemical weapons.
But, it means that he admits wars without chemical weapons. Otherwise, he doesn't regard war without any chemical weapon as just a fight.
I also think that international intervention must be needed in this harsh situation. Although I don't know whether it should include military force or not.
