Today, a mother said to me "How troublesome it is to decide who does what to do."
She is a member of Parent-Teacher Association(PTA), and then has to have a conference with other mothers in order to decide members' roles in events.
But, the problem is that each mother voluntarily try to do everything without detail plans, which results in no plan for the events.
To prevent PTA from that trouble, the mother who talked with me voluntarily began to assign each member to each task. As a result, useless conversation has gradually been reduced.
What disables troublesome mothers from having conclusions or plans is that they are not accustomed to being criticized.
