Singapore seems to aim at "Kingdom of Urban Rail". Until I read the article, I thought MRT network would be completed by opening of Downtown Line and Circle Line.
I think what is needed in Singapore MRT system is to start rapid service trains rather than constructing new lines.
It takes a lot of time to go to Changi International Airport from downtown by subways, some trains should skip some stations.
