We won't have snow at least until the end of December. When I was an elementary school student, many friends were glad to see snowfall.Then, in my city, I saw snowfall about once per 2 years, but I've seen snowfall twice per year on average recently.
Though I don't understand why this happens, I guess it is because reduction of reservoir in my prefecture causes our land to be easily cooled or heated, which is consistent with overheat in summer.
