In order to pray for victims of Tohoku Earthquake, some private railways decided to suspend all the trains temporarily on 14:46, March 11,2012.
Train drivers in the trains have to pay silent on that time.
But, I think it will be unsafe. Except for certain emergency, train drivers shouldn't close their eyes while running the trains. And victims wouldn't hope any confusion or trouble caused by the suspension.
