Hyogo Prefecture begged JR West to set ladies only cars also in rapid trains and special rapid trains. JR West has already installed ladies only cars in local trains around Osaka. It was easy for JR West to install them in local trains because local trains are seldom coupled or uncoupled with other trains.
But, Special rapid trains are usually coupled or uncoupled with other trains somewhere. So, it'll be difficult for JR West to choose which car to be suitable for ladies only cars. And the most difficult thing is how to indicate them on the trains.
I'm looking forward to seeing the way JR West will do for installing them.
