Taiwan has been puzzled about low fertility rate, like other developed countries in Asia.
Especially, last year, Taiwanese fertility rate recorded 0.91. The number means that 100 mothers are expected to have 91 children. In developed countries, female full-time workers are so busy in working that they don't have enough time to raise children. And school expenses are astronomical, because graduating college has become common in developed countries.
In Japan, decrease of individual income is also promoting low fertility rate.
I wonder how many friends can have children.
