Weather forecast says that it is the biggest typhoon in July. So, most autonomies in Japan announces warning or alert against typhoon.
At a glance, it seems horrible. But, once you know that storm alert announced by local autonomy means no school in many education institutes, you can imagine that students are looking forward to storm alert.

Today in the morning, storm alert was announced only in Southern district of Wakayama.
So, many students were disappointed with weather forecast.
But, in the evening, storm alert was expanded into all areas in Hyogo, Wakayama, and Osaka as far as I know.
Tomorrow is expected to be the extra holiday for many students.
