Japanese media admits drug addicts to appear on TV?

Noriko Sakai(Her nickname is "Noripi") appeared on TV as last week.
She said the reason of having abused drug "I was mainly influenced by my husband, who recommended me for drug. He is on most familiar terms with me and I trust him. But, because it is me that ultimately decided to abuse drug, I'm responsible for my fault."

When it comes to her son, she said "It reminded me of how I took light of my son."with her eyes full of tears.
When it comes to her return-to-work, she said "I don't have the right to refer to it. All I can do is to reconstruct my daily life. I would like to find it in my way of life that how to please people or how to help people."

Famous actors or actresses are arrested on suspicion of drug abuse one after another.
But, none of them disappeared from TV by the reason of it. I think this is mainly because Japanese media has no punishment for drug addicts.
So, for example, Japanese media should establish the law saying that DRUG ADDICTS CAN NOT APPEAR ON TV FOR TWO DECADES FROM THEIR EXPOSURE OF DRUG ABUSE.
Otherwise, we have to insist that the world of entertainment should be polluted by drug or relate to drug cartel.
I quote from the statement of Akiko Wada(a famous singer in Japan), "When I was young, I often go on provincial tours. I could see men seemed gangstars on auditorium."
I think that "Men seemed gangstars" may be a drug cartel. The relation between the world of entertainment and gangs won't be cut. As is also the case with the world of Sumo.
