Why are the islands in Dubai impressive?

$5 billion Dubai megaresort rises from The World
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/the-heart-of-europe-the-world-dubai/index.html

Around the world, there are many tourists attractions which render overseas cities. For example, Huis Ten Bosch is a theme park recreating towns in netherlands. Venetian in Macau and Las Vegas is casino recreating Venice. But, I've never heard tourists attractions recreating multi cities around the world.(Except for EXPO or museum displaying miniatures of the world's buildings)
So, Dubai's megaresort will allure tourists for a long time.

Why is electronic visa better than paper-based visa?

United States citizens will need a visa to visit Europe starting in 2021
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/us-citizens-need-visas-to-visit-europe-in-2021/index.html

It is often the case with visa regulation between developed countries that electronic visa is needed.
It's relatively easier than getting visas by visiting local embassy once or twice to register visa information on websites.

Why do we have to mind hair color?

Gray leap forward: Xi Jinping shows natural hair color in a rare move for Chinese politics
https://edition.cnn.com/style/article/xi-jinping-gray-hair/index.html

In countries where dictatorship is common, personal preference of the leader like dying hair is also related with political message.
It would be troublesome even for rulers to be regulated about such a trivial thing. But, for those who like to get aristocratic power would be able to tolerate those regulations.

Why don't you go to Taj Mahal by rails?

Agra metro to serve Taj Mahal and fort
https://www.metro-report.com/news/metro/single-view/view/agra-metro-to-serve-taj-mahal-and-fort.html

It's stunning to hear that tourists can pay a visit to Taj Mahal only by rails after entering India from Delhi's biggest airport. It means there is less risk of encountering scam taxis.
But, they still have to worry about fake railway staffs who always speak to travellers "No tickets"

Why is it surprising for local hotels to win hotel giants?

A tour of The Siam, Bangkok's most magical hotel
https://edition.cnn.com/travel/article/bangkok-the-siam-luxury-hotel/index.html

To compete with the hotels run by international hotel giants is difficult for the local hotel. And also, it will be much more difficult for it to maintain the position of the best hotel every year. Part of the reasons is that local hotels cannot serve discounting systems which are also acceptable at hotels worldwide. It means businessmen flying to international destinations frequently cannot get benefit at local hotels.
Those who intend to open small hotels in international cities will have to think about how to make difference between them and international hotels.

Why was it difficult for the supreme Christian to stop fascism?

Vatican to open secret archives on World War II-era and Pope Pius
https://edition-m.cnn.com/2019/03/04/world/vatican-archives-pius/index.html?r=https%3A%2F%2Fedition.cnn.com%2F

Even if Pope during World War 2 was determined to resist fascism strictly, I doubt it would have affected fascists.
It's not only ineffective, but also dangerous for Pope to do that, if countries occupied by majority of fascists try to hurt him because of his mindset.

But, it would be necessary for Pope to enlighten people not to rush to war, while peace is maintained.
