On April 14, Japan's cabinet meeting made decision that 'Mein Kampf' issued by the Nazi dictator 'Adolf Hitler' can be used as a textbook as long as it is benefitable, appropriate,and comlies regulations of Educational Principle Act under responsibility of School owners. It was conveyed to Takeshi Miyazaki, the senator of Democratic Party.
The decision refers to the example that historical background of Nazi has been educated by using textbooks cited from 'Mein Kampf'. But, it also says "If the book is to be used to promote discrimination based on racism, it would be inappropriate due to violation of Educational Principle Act."
And then, it says "if it happens, users should be punished by ministries or school owners"
