London to get 'world's first' infinity pool with 360-degree views

This pool can be described as advanced version of the rooftop pool on Marina Bay Sands.
The attractive point of the pool is its transparent container.
Though it's understandable to incorporate four sides made of cast acrylic, it seems to be impossible to make the bottom with completely acrylic one with exit. The article says “A spiral staircase that rotates and rises through the water“ will be built. But, I can't imagine its structure.
