I don't know why faulty construction happened.
The reasons why such a thing happens will be below.
・Extremely discounted construction cost forced them to skip procedures
・The construction company didn't know how to build safely.
・Such faulty construction has been common among construction companies
Anyway, it mustn't be allowed.
I'm looking forward to see how MTR solves the problem and how the metro company takes measures for prevention of recurrence.
