19 stations in Nagasaki Prefecture have accepted SUGOCA card since December 1

SUGOCA, issued by JR Kyusyu, became acceptable at 19 stations between Nagasaki and Takematsu via Isahaya on December 1.
On the day, though systematic error on software of ticketing machines during 4a.m. to 1p.m. caused a trouble passengers couldn't buy non-reserved express tickets by using SUGOCA, revised setting made them restart.

The card also plays a role as electronic cash so that the card can be used at convenience stores or restaurants. But, the card as a ticket can be used at 19 stations in Nagasaki District. For example, those who move from Nagasaki to Hakata cannot use one

So far, there isn't any plan to have the card acceptable on streetcars or buses
