Tencent is building a Monaco-sized 'city of the future' in Shenzhen

While car manufacturer of Toyota tries to build "automatic car city", Shenzhen's tech giant tries to build "car-free city".
But, both of the cities try to introduce automatic vehicles, though the former one is mainly aimed at private car users and the latter is aimed at buses or rental car.
