Sadly, I guess Singapore is not suitable place for nuclear power plant. That's because all of the citizens in Singapore have to refuge, if it causes a fatal accident. It means that a serious accident in the nuclear power plant means extermination of Singapore.
So, nuclear power plants are more suitable for bigger countries.
