When I visited Taiwan for the first time, I thought that Taipei Metro keeps good hours.
For example, each station has electric signboard to show how many minutes and seconds are left before arrival of the next train.
Though Japanese railway system has been said to be punctual, I have never seen such a signboard in Japan.
