Though this contract follows that of Ho Chi Minh City Line 1, opening date of Hanoi metro is scheduled after 2016 and that of Ho Chi Minh City Metro is scheduled in 2018. So, Hanoi Metro will be the first metro system in Viet Nam?
And, I wish conventional national railway lines near Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City would be rehabilitated to make them urban rails.
