Most of the tallest buildings around the world are skinny shaped. Its purpose is to reduce the amount of materials and working days for construction.
But, if the constructors do not have technical skills to build or do not have enough materials, cross section of the building has to be triangular-shaped to support higher parts.
It means lack of technical knowledge and materials are clear, if we see the tallest building at a glance.
So, North Korean government exposed embarrassment in its capital city of Pyongyang.
