São Paulo Line 18 project cancelled

When I saw the title, I thought that cancellation of Line 18 project would be inappropriate for Sao Paulo, which doesn't have enough urban rail systems, considering its population.
But, the fact is that the plan was replaced by bus rapid transit to let Line 20 project accelerate. It seems to be an ideal deal.
