High-speed train crashes in Turkey, killing nine

Since I'm writing this diary after December 12, I can refer to the article on December 13.
Though I don't know the reason why the high speed train crashed with the maintainance vehicle, we can say this accident could be avoided on the condition that the vehicle was placed unexpectedly.
It means what Turkish Railway has to do is to install signalling systems on maintainance vehicles.
