When I was a child, there was a TV programme that dispatch actors or actresses to rural areas in developing countries to let them stay with folks there.
Then, most of such areas used to be away from electronic gadgets.
But now, most of them are related with IT. It's becoming more difficult to find out no network zone like this village.
