Why can't they imagine what happens?

Though criminals don't refer to what kind of activity Chinese government does has irritated them, it's obvious that detaining thousands of Islamic people in Xinjiang Uigur autonomous area lets Islamic people get angry. Even if the government can control Islamic people in China, it's not the case outside the country. So, Chinese government has to think about the impact they have caused among Islamic people around the world, and has to change their policies so as not to draw anger.
