Emotional politics by those who are just good at being popular seem to become common around the world.
I think it's defect of democracy. Those who choose politicians by their characters instead of their policies must be excluded from voters.
Recent elections are distorted by those emotional voters.
So, I'm proposing creation of examination to get licence of voting. The examination should include questions which needs theoretical mindset to solve.
Though such a system has been criticized to preserve illiterate people, that exam will be more equal in proportional to rising illiteracy rate.
