By completion of this rail, it will be possible to move between Xinjiang and Tibet directly.
Though it's been difficult to travel both of them successively, it will be possible by rail, as long as China's authority permits.
In foreign countries, I guess full opening of this rail will be broadcasted as evidence of the advanced governance in Western territory by Chinese Communist Party.
