CCTV is effective to find and be evidence of perverts' activities.
Despite the fact that MTR Hong Kong has many busy lines, I've never heard men grope ladies in crowded trains. So, I wonder why MTR needs up-to-date CCTV.
Surely, it's purpose would be monitoring quarrel between Mainlanders and Hong Kongers, or between frantic persons, which is more prominent than that issue.
By the way, it will be the final stage of Hong Kong Mainlandernization, if MTR train's TV broadcasts CCTV(China Central Television)
