Around London, when I ate lunch at a restaurant where only healthy food was served, I found sushi there.
Then, I thought sushi was treated as healthy food in European countries.
On the other hand, suchi is supposed to be luxurious food in Japan. Surely, sushi rolls sold in convenience stores are no longer rip off. But, it's a kind of small entertainment for Japanese people to eat out at sushi restaurants.
So, they can't see sushi as healthy food.
Anyway, whether sushi is really healthy or not depends on what's on sushi rice. If you can see greasy stuff, it won't be healthy. Otherwise, it may be healthy food.
Is sushi healthy?
