When I saw the title of the article below, I thought it would be related with N.Korea's nuclear crisis.
But, the result was that that's nothing to do with it. It explained the difficulty for minorities to take part in mainstream of American society.
My teacher in my university used to say "If you go to the US, you'll find that it's more comfortable place than Japan!, even if you encounter discrimination."
But, I don't know the truth. As far as my Japanese friend studying in Texas says, it seems to be more fan than living in Japan.
