When we eat pho in Vietnam, there is always vegetable dish other than noodle. It is comparatively larger quantity than needed for noodle itself.
I always put all vegetable into noodle.
I wonder if it's appropriate or not. Perhaps, vegetable dish is prepared as all-you-can-eat style.
