It seemed 'Trump's order', since it was just after he banned to bring electronic devices into aircrafts.
But, the fact was that it was the special rule that has been applied for special passengers since long time ago.
There are a lot of examples that someone is criticized without considering his/her background.
For exampled, Iyo Matsumoto, middle-aged actress in Japan, was arrested after she stepped in tracks of JR Sagano Line to take pictures. Considering it was not blamed to enter tracks when she was young, she would have thought it would not be a problem to stand on tracks. And, her high income and status deprived her of the chance to board local or commuter trains and to know current manner about trains.
So, when we criticize something, we should imagine what's behind it.
