Half-price tickets to encourage PayPal payment(Moscow's Aeroexpress)

Aeroexpress(Аэроэкспресс) is a railway operator in Russia to serve passengers from airports to downtowns.
Since I don't know the background of the discount serive on PayPal, I'd like to refer to Aeroexpress in Vladivostok.

Though Moscow's Aeroexpress has frequent train service (at every 30 mins or 60 mins), Aeroexpress in Vladivostok has only 5 round trips per day.
According to the official timetable(http://vvo.aero/en/passazhiram/transport/aeroexpress.html), I guess there are 2 trains going back and forth between Vladivostok Int. Airport and Vladivostok Railway Station. So, when we make it efficient system, we can launch the following timetable.

Vladivostok Railway Station Vladivostok Int. Airport
7:21 8:15
8:21 9:15
9:21 10:15

Vladivostok Int. Airport Vladivostok Railway Station
