Saudi Arabia to let women drive at last

Saudi Arabia is one of the countries that restrict women's rights most severely.
But, the government tries to ease the restrictions like this.
Some people would blame the country for the delayed expansion of women's rights. But, if the country changes the conventional rules suddenly, Islamic principlists will protect against its government.
So, gradual change is the best way to keep peace and human rights in a good balance.
