Transjakarta, the BRT system in Jakarta plays a role in transportation around Jakarta. Though many sections in Jakarta were separated from vehicle lanes, queuing buses in bus lanes are causing trafficjam.
So, rail systems will be necessary for Indonesia. Though JABOTABEK is still in charge of that, it's not sufficient network and safety issues inside trains are concerned.
I hope trams will alternate congested buses.
