The article announces trial operation of Honghe tram begins. It's the only urban rail system in Yunnan Province.
According to Chinese Wikipedia, it begin service between Shilipu and Nisuxiaozhen. After completion of the 62.274km rails , it will be the biggest tram network in China, while the current biggest one is 60km tram lines in Shenyang.
It seems strange that the third poorest province will have the biggest tram network.
