A high school I used to go to has been categorized into high-level schools. So, there are a lot of friends who entered leading universities in Japan.
But, it doesn't mean those students entered high-level companies or high salaried companies.
The reason is evident.
The skill to enter leading universities doesn't coincide with that to enter high-salaried companies.
Concretely, they sufficiently learned how to solve academic problems, but has never learnt how to negotiate interviewers of the companies.
In other words, they don't have enough communication skills. That means my high school didn't concentrate on cultivating verbal skills, while they forced students to study harder.
I think that the school should have created a class to discuss specific topics.
Since conventional education system aims to suppress children, it has been difficult to let children say opinions.
