When I was an undergraduate student, my English teacher often said "There will be less and less jobs in Japan. So, you have to be ready for working abroad."
In Spain, what he was concerned about is the case.
While most of the Spanish people don't hesitate to work abroad, most of the Japanese people are not willing to work abroad. So, despite economic depression, the number of workers in Japan hasn't decreased dramatically.
Though I can't judge which country is better, high unemployment rate must be solved as immediately as possible.
