Rapid estate development undergoes in Shiga, Japan

Today, I went to Kusatsu in that prefecture for studying production processes in a plant.
Minami-Kusatsu station, neighboring station to the south of Kusatsu, is notable in estate development.

When I was a junior high school student, I could see only glass field in front of the north exit of the station. But now, many buildings standing in that area changed its scene.

Because Shiga lies between Osaka and Nagoya, and features its cleaner air and cheaper price of land, rapid development in Shiga prefecture is estimated to continue.
